[Highpoint Lowlife / June News]
Hola!
Well, the time is upon us! Like A Stuntman

the beautiful sunshine down in Brighton. First show
tonite is at the Engine Rooms..

08 JUN - Unpeeled @ Windmill, London w/ The Boy Least Likely To
09 JUN - Hinckley/Leicester
I've taken all my holidays off work to go with them,
cos i know its gonna be so much fun!
Please do come out and say hello if we're coming through
your town, you'll get the chance for cheap merch and can
grab yourself a copy of the limited run of 7"s which
we're now almost out of.
They've been recieving airplay on the Huw Stephen's
OneMusic show, just had a nice review in the Independent on
saturday (which i forgot to bring, so i can't transcribe it..),
'nother nice one from Playlouder.com:
"Their debut album displays the same awkward, cheaply sputtering
electronic beats employed by Casiotone for the Painfully Alone
and, on another interesting tack, Arab Strap. But where
Casiotone's laments catch the heart with their honest, lonely
simplicity, and Arab Strap churn out boozy confessionals of
putting it in the wrong person, Like A Stuntman follow a more
sophisticated path somewhere between the two."
And you can catch a quick interview with the band at:

Oh! nearly forgot - you can now purchase the album
'Fresh Air Is Not The Worst Thing In Town' from itunes also..
