Does anyone else (as if I didn't know) have this kid606 release? I thought it was a bit boring at first (at least in the context of his other work) but it grows on me every time i listen to it. I know it's gotten extremely mixed reviews.. but I'm beginning to love it! I think the track 'Sometimes' is just brilliant.. sure, it's void of all kid606 trademarks, and it goes almost nowhere for its entire duration,... but good grief it's so beautiful! 'Strum', 'Whereweleftoff' ,'Now I wanna be a cowboy' and 'fuck up...' are also ingenious tracks... Anyway.. just thought I'd see if anyone else had any opinions. Thanks. Jonathan Hierholzer

I didn't think it was boring at first, but for some reason i had lost my copy. Last year, i sent a friend a copy for his christmas, but the christmas package languished at my mothers house cos he was too much of a lazy bugger to go pick it up. Upon returning to my mothers this christmas the package was still there. i gave him the sweatshirt, which was also in the package but kept hold of the 'p.s. i love you' and i've been listening to it loads since then also. i didn;t remember it being so good. especially 'fuck up everything you can before you plan on slowing down' which also must stand up there alongside 'Luke Vibert Can Kiss My Indie-Punk Whiteboy Ass' to win the best song title ever contest. -thor --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: idm-unsubscribe@hyperreal.org For additional commands, e-mail: idm-help@hyperreal.org
