Oh yeah..that was a great issue.. I loved the section on kid606 especially. You've had some great coverage of undergroung stuff.. I remember your name from lots of reviews and stuff. I actually got one of my letters inadvetantly published in one month's letters section :-). Anyway.. I must admit that I cringed a little when I saw Boards of Canada on the cover that one time.. you know.. a little too much publicity for my brainwashed elitist taste (lol).. but it was a wonderful article anyway!!! While I'm chuffed that anyone thinks XLR8R is "large" in any fashion, I'd like to lend my admittedly biased perspective to remind you that we're not as "mainstream" as lots of folks might think. We cover a broad range of electronic music and culture, from club-oriented music (house, techno, d'n'b) to far left-field sound art, and a fair amount of what gets called "experimental" (IDM, microsound, whatnot) in-between. Not to mention, we're one of the only magazines ever to put Kit Clayton on the cover.... Cheers Philip
