Hey all.
I mentioned in vague terms last week that I noticed in CMJ Warp was
re-releasing the early Autechre cds. I was half-right, half-wrong.
I see in the Nov 5th issue of CMJ that only Chiastic Slide is going to be
re-issued on Nov 27. It doesn't specify the format, but since the vinyl came
out over the summer, I'm assuming that it is cd. Also I'm assuming that it
might be US-only, since this is their only album not to have been released
in the US (and why we've been paying US$25 up 'til now).
Also on that date comes the re-releases of Squarepusher's Buringn'n Tree,
Hard Normal Daddy, and Selection Sixteen, as well as the commercial release
of Brothamstate's Qtio 12", which in my opinion isn't as good as Claro, but
is decent.
