I'm listening to a very nice cd by Ioscil called Triple Point out on Kranky Records. Given name Scott Morgan from Vancouver. It reminds me very much of Biosphere (Patashnik, Substrata) or perhaps Jochem Paap's ambient cd for Fax. Half ambient, the other half with light beats and simple synth melodies. You moght say it's on the slightly gloomy side, but it is an enjoyable listen. _________________________________________________________________ Get your FREE download of MSN Explorer at http://explorer.msn.com/intl.asp --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: idm-unsubscribe@hyperreal.org For additional commands, e-mail: idm-help@hyperreal.org

Isn't Kranky the label that Godspeed You Black Emperor! puts all their beautiful pieces of music out on? Outside of Silver Mount Zion (which is EXCELLENT), I've heard none of the other releases on this label. If you have anything other than Ioscil, is it good? I'm thinking about buying the entire catalogue (both vinyl and cd) one random, strung out, rainy day in November. -Mark brian albers wrote:

I think GYBE also help to run (i may be wrong here) the label Constellation. 1-Speed bike is their drummers electronic outing. here's ForExp's labelist: http://www.forcedexposure.com/labels/constellation.html
