This brigns something to my mind, a word of warning.
NEVER ever deal with www.clubmusic.com!
I placed an order with at the beginning of august.
They never confirmed my order although I faxed, mailed and even
tried to call them several time. - but soon my VISA was billed. After
numerous
contact attemps (all failed) 3 ½ weeks later the records arrived
and 2 of them were wrong - they alsohad billed double the price
for those records I didn't get! The receipt mentioned the records I
ordered,
but the contents
of the package was incorrect. I again mailed, faxed and tried to call
the company - no luck. After 2 weeks I got a response saying:
"yeah, you're right - the records we sent were wrong. sorry" and
that was IT! You can easily imagine how pissed I was - but I'm a
patient guy so I went throught the same fax, e-mail and phone call
rhumba again - no dice. I'm calling my VISA company tomorrow and
let them take actions, I think I've been patient enough.
Does anyone know these guys?
