I wonder if in reaction to Peter Green's score for MacBeth,
if V/Vm might be in a great position to release a parody in the
form of an original score to Ionesco's "MacBet". In this version
of Macbeth, Ionesco takes out all of the tragedy and morality and
turns it into a violent bloodbath of nasty war scenes. I could
imagine a V/Vm record of thickly-layered bar-room brawl sound
effects layered continuously!! ah-hah!! It would be a logical
followup to the 'Snooker' tracks as well... start with a few of
the billiards sound effects and then segue into a barrage of
smashing chairs and slapping-meat sounds.
