FYI, the pure-impure mailing list is back, after magically vanishing from its
previous listserver. As it says on the page, some bands that get discussed
would include Bark Psychosis, Laika, My Bloody Valentine, Seefeel, Tortoise,
Windy and Carl..

techno, ambient, shoegazer (aka dreampop), noise, drum'n'bass, psychedelia,
dub, drone, and what-have-you. Some of this music has been called "trip-hop".
Some has been called "post-rock". No one's come up with a good label yet, but
there's a lot of interesting music being made that seems to fit into a
coherent whole"
I thought I'd send an email out, since it seemed to vanish without a trace,
and I recall some people from both of these lists were on it.
