Regarding: CiM: Reference (FOC352) CD/LP 23 tracks on a single piece of vinyl? What's the length of this album? I'm assuming it's a 2LP, but all the catalogues/mailing lists list it as above - a single LP. Strikes me as a lot of time to cram onto a solitary piece of wax ... what I'm getting at is how does it sound on vinyl? Vs. cd? That's some mastering job ... Obviously, I prefer vinyl but not at the expense of sonic quality, if you must know. And whatever happened to Steve Paton? J "You should dream more, Mr. Wormold. Steve actually released a record about a year ago under his Virtual Earth guise called 'Escape From Essex' on his own Virtual Earth label. I believe the other two releases on the label, from back in '97/98, are also by Steve. The style of these records was more techno oriented than his 4th Wave releases which are still some of my favorite detroit-flavored uk techno releases. His old material was right up there with Stasis, Nuron, etc - yeah Hackett you'd like it. -->-Lance--- lance@inaudible.com p.o. box 450715 westlake, ohio 44145 united states --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: idm-unsubscribe@hyperreal.org For additional commands, e-mail: idm-help@hyperreal.org
