ok. finishing off the job that michael started:
1. peak:shift - imitate your environment
2. clone - mist
3. peak:shift - now come on into the world
4. micronism - steps to recovery
not that the names matter, really. and yes, like mike, i think the first one
is the best, the 'broken beats' track on that is written with clone and is
excellent! it was apparently going to be released on a mix cd by andrew
weatherall a while back but i'm not sure what happened to that. and one of
the tracks on the micronism release 'constructing space' is an amazing basic
channel influenced track, but yeah, as michael said, with 'soul' too! buy the
cd for sure.... (check the idm archives for more).
also, some tracks i've heard by 'son.sine' seem to be in a similar vein but
nothing has been released yet (apart from the odd compilation appearance).
and what i've heard of the signer release on involve is excellent, i can't
wait!
