Anyone know the straight dope on a Jackyl and Hyde rmx. of Biochip C's "Bang On"? (think that's the name). Just wanted to know what vinyl release it's on and can't seem to dig up the info. I've just ordered the new Phase 4 LP by Biochip, it's not on there by any chance is it? And how does the rest of the Biochip stuff compare? Just recently got turned on to the name, along with other recommendations that I should check into the Advent's "Kombination Research" series for solid, dark electro. Thoughts? It's the "Go Bang" rmx 12" and it's on Force Inc. The Jackyl and Hyde remix is wicked. It's also not on the LP.

The Kombination Research 12"s generally have 2 bangin' techno tracks and 1 dark bangin' electro track. I think they might be limited, so even if you're willing to shell out $10 for a decent electro track they might be hard to find. Not that the techno tracks aren't any good, I just don't have any use for 'em. You should probably pick up "Aural Float Presents Spacenight Volume IV - New Frontiers" Pt.1 Luckily it contains what's probably the best electro track from the Kombination Research releases (Electra Fix), as well the Anthony Rother rmx of Schubduse. Pt.2 of the series is worth checking out as well. -Christina
