yes it is in cirulation as a cdr. you may want to hunt down the plaid 12 on clear which has 2? tracks from the mbuki mini lp. this happens to be one of the few rare things that is actually worth the bother of tracking down. cl i have also seen scoobs in columbia as an mp3 on the bleepbloop site which is a similar style. dont know if the site is still operable however.

as far as i know there are cd-r copies on the idm trade market, so yes it's still in circulation. as for the musical content, it's quite good. the tracks are rougher than the gpr/warp stuff. a friend of mine best described it as a demo for the "bytes" tracks, which makes perfect sense since there is less fx and the beats are a little messier. in fact, some of the samples that were eventually used on "object orient" (from bytes) show up here and there. as someone pointed out, two tracks from the clear ep are from mbuki mvuki. so you can track that excellent record down (not as hard to find as some other clear records, since it was repressed 1-2 times) and decide if you want to hunt for m.m. now does anyone know of any north american online shops carrying the kushit album?...
