a friend of mine has an interesting version of autechre's 'envane'
ep. the first 12" is normal, but the second 12" is different.
laughing quarter (side a) has a totally different ending than the
cd or normal 12" version. it also has a different text carved in the
center (side a), wap89xae, instead of wap89xa. i think the track
is much better than the original, since the ending is not so
monotonic.
anyone know what this is about?
