'Sounds unreal'. But it is a quite good compilation. Not bad, really. I hope they're all about to release a 40 mins EP soon. Can someone tell me who Ian O'Brien is? Ferox Fame, never heard of that, what label? Did i miss something somewhere sometime or something?

Finally got the 'Spymania Allstars' 12". Really enjoyed this and was wondering what out there may be of similar sound quality? (BTW--is it just me or did one of the artists sample Foetus "Friend or Foe" intro?) Also got the 1st Gescom ep on Skam. That wasn't all that impressive as y'all made it out to be. I'd be willing to trade it off if anyone is still interested in finding it... -- Yours Truly, Jason J. Of course there are the other Spymania releases: Squarepusher, Alroy Road Tracks, Wafta and D.I.A.L. coming soon. You may want to check out some of the stuff on Dropbeat records such as the Downpour 12' (see if you can spot the Feed Me Weird Things sample) and the David Kristian ep. I'm sure you know about Plug, Witchman and Boymerang. Those should keep you busy for a while :) _____ / ,-,_) /,_) (/ RESH Live & Direct from the G-Spot, Orange County, California, USA http://www1.linkonline.net/fresh/fresh.htm

For me, some music can ONLY be fully appreciated lying on your back on a hard floor on a hot day. The Orb, Beta Band and various Aphex stuff all come under this heading. Plus if anyone walks into the room, you look like a complete idiot. <60s Frisco hippy voice> 'Whoa... sorry, Man. I was just... freaking out.'

For me Ae is only outdoor music. There's nothing to compare with feelings one gets by listening Amber walking among the trees in the park or forest or by listening Tri Repetae observing some industrial district. Though there is no limitations to what you should see, just go outside. I can digest Ae indoors only if i'm stoned to death. However the question of using drugs during listening Ae is very important. I think hash is the best way to listen to it. I tried acid, heroin like substances, speed and all of them do not support the feeling I get from listening Ae under pot stonie. Any opinions on that?
