This is completely ridiculous. I think most people on this list would
agree that Warp has been the most consistent label for quality electronic
music since the very beginning. It's simply unfair to argue to that
they're just in it for the money.
And whaat's wrong with a label releasing a limited edition promo. The
majors do it all the time, and they don't even bother to put it up on
RealAudio for the non-industry types who want to hear it.
And then consider this [CAUTION:Do not proceed w/o sense of humor]:
1) Without limited editions, what would spotters with all their
free time?
2) If Sean and Rob are truly making timeless music, then after
they die, every millisecond of noise they ever put to disc will
be all collected in one convenient package, on sale for $109.99
at your local Tower
3) If you want it badly enough, you can get it.
