Well, this could be the first really interesting thing (to me anway) to come on Much Music since it's inception over a decade ago. My fingers are crossed... Damn, I just heard they are going to play some "ambeint groove"...what the fuck is that. And Kim Clark Champness (Chapness?) is yacking...good thing I'm not wasting a video tape on it already. jay (grump extrodinnair) p.s. first video....FSOL, not sure what _______________________________________________________________ Jason W. The opening to the show was pretty aweful, the voice distortion etc. They never displayed the song titles, only the artists name which kind of ticked me off. They played three Underworld videos of which all looked the same to me and I still haven't seen the Aphex Twin video for On. I would have rather seen the video of Second Bad Vibel than the Autechre video they did show (Basscadet, correct?). Blah blah blah... All in all, it looked like they didn't send much time in the production of the show. Quick hack job. It wasn't as bad as I make it out to sound but it could have been a lot better. I say bring back City Limits, now there was a great show, and the last few shows I saw, they did play their share of electronic music videos. They once even played a Kraftwerk video, something that probably wouldn't have fit into the format of R U Recieving.
