I'm reposting the form for the IDM '95 poll. All entries must be submitted to jbuzza@cix.compulink.co.uk no later than December 29th. As a little incentive, there will be a random prize drawing made from all returned forms. The winner will receive a copy of our IDM CD compilation, titled Threads, which is due out in the following weeks. Thanks for your participation. :: Alan M. I am hoping to get a reply from everyone this year ! The talk on the list seems quite diverse these days so I would expect that to be reflected in the polling. Obviously the more votes I get, the more representative the poll. All replies should be via personal Email i.e. NOT to the idm mailing list. I will process the results which will be posted to the list and also made available on the Web archives. The entry form follows. Please reply using this format. This will make my life much easier when processing the entries.
