Mammoth Records (not exactly the hotspot for electronic music in the US) is going to be distributing Planet Dog stuff (Banco De Gaia, Eat Static, Timeshard, and Children Of The Bong). I guess they're coming out with the new Banco (Don't quote me on that) and then they'll start to work on back catalogue. Also, there might be some sort of mini-Megadog on the 2nd Stage at Lollapalooza! Plans are still in the works, but look for it. Radio station Music Directors: Look for a cool double-disc, "Transmissions from Planet Dog". Nothing unreleased, but a cool sampler nonetheless. ======== Groove On. ======== John Bush.

Does anyone have an Internet address for Mammoth? I know they're on the net because I got a Machines of Loving Grace promo from them once.

It is called 'Transmissions From The Planet Dog" Which features 2 CDs...The first is Eat Static and Banco De Gaia and the second is Timeschard and Children of the Bong. It is a very decent selection of trax. Jasonosaj This has been a message from : Jason A. Sounds a bit like the Planet Dog Peel sessions from Radio 1 which was released over here (UK) some time ago - I didn't think that was a 2 CDer though. Gav.

it's not the peel session, it's just a compilation of already-released album trax for us sorry americans who never had a chance to buy any of the original stuff since it was only available on import. -- Name: Jon Email: jsd@cyborganic.com Web: http://www.cyborganic.com/People/jsd
