Well, I personally prefer to create all original (can it BE?) sounds,
barring an excellent assortment of percussion available in my ProCussion,
but I also say:
Whether it be preset or user in nature, make it work well
in the mix or keep looking for what you need.
the ears never lie, unless the brain gets involved and confuses them.
