I just got the new Omicron lp (cd) Acrocosm and it
seems pretty darn good after a couple listens. It's
nothing like the Symbolis EP (assuming this is the
same Omicron), being much more ambient and much
less trancey. The tracks are very ambient at times,
with sweeping noises, throbbing basslines, and quirky
little beeps! Heavy on the textures and atmospheres.
