I didn't send anything anywhere. I just got this sampler in the mail with
no notice, out of the blue, and I'm very curious as to how the got my name,
and my address no less. I can imagine they might have gotten my name from
this mailing list or another maybe but I've never written to those <generic
group> fan clubs or any such shit so who knows? Not that I'm
complaining...
