Whatever happened to the classic gods of idm? Like aphex and squarepusher?? No one talks about them anymore, and since them ive heard very few that were better. It was more than music for both of them. I have a square pusher tattoo for christ sakes. Oh and Vsnares sucks ass, i dont care what anyone says, i have all his albums and its trash. -----Original Message----- Date: Thursday, July 30, 2009 5:25:13 am To: idm@hyperreal.org From: Stef Michalski <stef@futra.co.uk> Subject: Re: [idm] too quiet Don't think the comment was that IDM is too quiet - just that nobody was talking... I think that IDM can cover everything from soundscapes to breakbeat techno - if you consider Black Dog & Plaid to be pioneers of the genre then look at just how varied their output has been over the years. <http://www.last.fm/music/Television+Overdose/Seven7Seven> <http://rapidshare.com/files/243532059/Television_Overdose.zip> On 30 Jul 2009, at 09:38, Beki wrote:
