Yes, yes it is. None of those two letter abbreviations appeared - 'ct' was in the subject, not 'CT'. I have unshakeable faith in the ability of true non-morons to not tolerate such a capitalization error, and rapidly delete the message as it is not clear. If it were a 'spelling error' as you state, this situation would be infinitely funnier, as there are only two letters in question.
