The excellent duo Colourbox (who were part of M/A/R/R/S, the group behind "Pump Up The Volume", and could be considered "pre-IDM") had a track that featured loads of Prisoner samples, most from the "I am not a number..." speech. I foolishly sold my Colourbox records to a 4AD Records collector about 8 years ago, and have been kicking myself recently as I remember how ahead of their time they were in a lot of ways. Goota pick up some of their stuff again soon.
