i just got both of desormais's releases in the mail.
the first from 2002 is called "climate variations" and
the second that just came out is called
"iambrokenandremadeiambroken"
so far ive only listened to the debut (its on now) and
i just love it. its blowing me away! kind of a cross
between fennesz, rapoon/zoviet france, a mellow my
bloody valentine, and perhaps occasionally even even
basic channel without the groove? really good stuff.
and this is after just their first release. im looking
forward to hearing their latest, due to pop up in my
player in three tracks, and see where they took
things. but i couldnt wait to spread the word :)
on the label intr_version...
