from san francisco and the depths of brooklyn comes *healamonster +
tarsier*, bringing their live ambient glitchy synthy sounds to the
openair soundsystem. i first caught this duo when aarktica opened for
them at mercury lounge last february, and i was amazed. months later,
they're here at openair to rock their unique blissout sound for your
listening pleasure. look for their debut album "00:00:01" in local
shops throughout the city. 10pm performance, highly recommended. i
haven't seen anything quite like this......
the creative madame chao will also be laying down video fx for the evening.
we've expanded our hours! opiate has now taken over the entire tuesday
night. come and get your chill on all night, without fear of a mid
