All day I have been playing the EP ----It is the most glorious day here in
the Philadelphia area ---and "Sometimes My Arms Bend Back" fits soooooo
perfectly --- a beautifully breaky etude-ism that makes even tidying up the
house and doing a spot of laundry to almost pleasureable...."Dee Dee's
Douche Door" feels fantastically cool with enough serious drama to maintain
the funk of life with its deep d&b rhythm line set against lovely long
synth work that reminds me of sitting in the back seat of my parents car on
a long road trip as a little girl and the sunlight is filtering bout...
so, yeah,
and all that
riffingly yours,
Linda Leigh
