I know of two packages. I think you're on the right track with PD. The graphics counterpart to PD is called GEM. That's all I know about PD/GEM, as I use MAX/MSP on a Mac, therefore PD/GEM is inacessable. There is a set of ~ 120 realtime video processing objects for MAX/MSP called NATO.0+55. You can learn about them here: http://www.bootsquad.com/nato/nato.html you can go to the creator's web site here: http://www.eusocial.com the only restriction is they are very expensively and meticulously copy-protected. There is also the famous Cthugha, which is cross platform and open source. No cushy graphical interfaces but if you can program you can modify it. http://www.afn.org/~cthugha/ -------------------- -l[e^2] *new { ^this.shouldNotImplement(thisMethod) } --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: idm-unsubscribe@hyperreal.org For additional commands, e-mail: idm-help@hyperreal.org
