SUITE K: Broken Homes 12" (TEXT 05). "Following the release of the genre
splintering Deadpan Escapement Remixes, Context turns the tables once again
with a new house music project by label boss Sutekh. Only this is no
ordinary house music. Suite K represents a new warped vision of the funk.
Acoustic drums, guitar, bass and vocals are taken apart, processed,
restructured and then thrown into the gutter with some filthy digital
bacteria. Upbeat and playful, but somehow still hinting at the darkside of
Sutekh's past, some might ask 'is this really house music?'"
If it's anything like that description I'd imagine it's great fun.
