the hwicci song is tops. especially when mikey is nice enough to play it
live. mmmm!!!!
actually that reminds me of something i noticed about mr. paradinas. all
of his stuff seems to be pretty hardware-oriented, with not much on the
tweaky side. his live setup is pretty gear-intensive, but it's very
active, and i was impressed with how much stuff he had going on, whilst
still creating improved-upon versions of album tracks.
you might not like the music, but ya gotta give him props for having such
control over his gear. hundreds of buttons and knobs and switches are a
little harder to control than, say, 6 strings :)
