the S2000 and MPC2000 both use inferior AD/DA converters to the S3000/MPC3000 ... i don't know about the S1000 but since that was at one point one of the "flagship" samplers, i would assume the converters are better sound quality ... ease of use is an entirely different matter however but it doesn't matter how easy to use it is if it sounds like dirt IMHO -- String Theory : Digital Music for Humans http://www.enteract.com/~yoshi/index.cgi On Fri, 22 Sep 2000, Kent williams wrote:
