on this housey tip i'd like to recommend guidance records from chicago.
with a roster including dubtribe, glenn underground and nu spirit helsinki
(check them out) amongst lots of others they really can't do anything wrong
for me at the moment. they also released some stylish compilations the last
few months: 'mundial muzique' is an album with some percussive house tracks
(from nick holder, jazzanova a/o) as well as latin-influenced music
including an incredibly happy sounding bill summers track from the
seventies. there's also a housier mix album of which i lost the name at the
mo'. do check them out @ www.33rpm.com
