Excellent. Yes, no money- just fun. Well, maybe some money. I was
thinking of, like, 1$ or the equivalent to cover the cost of the media-
making it a non-profit venture. So, who starts? I was visualizing this
process in my head during class and I ran into some difficulties. Okay,
this is how I imagine it:
The starting artist makes a CD-RW that contains the entire track and
all necessary samples in wav. format. This CD-RW can be sent by mail to
each "link" in the chain. However, my drive does not have multiread
capability. In other words, the reflectivity of CD-RWs is too low for
my drive to read. I can probably receive the samples via e-mail but a
40-60 MB wav. file is a little extreme. Would any other potential
participants have this same problem? If anyone has any suggestions for
my plight- shoot, I'm all ears.
John
BTW: Michael, I'll be your backup man in any way that I can.
