Hmm.. by-passing this ever-so-thrilling airing of laundry, I am curious to see
what happens court-wise. Aren't Plaid assuming that because they wrote all the
material they have copyright over all of the recordings of it?
Are there instances in which rights to a recording can be reclaimed by the
authors of the composition, if those rights are currently owned by others?
I can see a rather up-hill battle here on Plaid's part. Unless of course GPR
and Rising High both say "go for it".. that'd be a very interesting situation.
