You are perfectly correct in what you say about Autechre. However, I
think Amber is a deep and emotional album, that eminates beauty
throughout. I remember when I first bought, on the reccomendation
of many on this list, I thought it was a load of tripe. I decided to
give them a second blast and bought Incunnabula. It's a much easier
listen, much easier to absorb. Autechre really do need some time and
attention.
