sounds like it's probably metic's "sixto novatone". paul lloyd and romulo del castillo are credited on the label, so it's prolly this one. i see how a record shop owner might miss the name of the band or record off the front cover; it's in smallish type. pretty decent record. similar to the phoenecia on warp but a bit noisier and with even less melodic elements.
