Saw the anime flick 'Macross Plus' sitting on the new releases shelf at the
video shop, so i picked it up...(for those of you into anime and haven't
seen it, pick it up!)...
Altho this isn't an auditory spot, it is visual....the story of this flick
kinda centers around this ai that
sings and gives concerts and basically takes over ppl's minds, etc etc,
watch it if you want to know more.....when they introduce her character,
there's some weird music video type thing (with some damn good animation),
the music kinda like a japanese version of the sneakerpimps or
something...through the 'video' we're getting a tour of what i assume to be
tokyo, and for about 3 seconds we get a shot of a street corner and an
advert board with plain as day the aphex logo and the letters AFX in a
pretty bold futura font, before it fades and is replaced by a Sharon Apple
bill (Sharon Apple being the name of the ai)
and that's it. some useless information from yours truly, bored as wood
here at work on a monday morning...
