Skip them all. Try to find these: Listen Up with Cabaret Voltaire The Covenant, the Sword, and the Arm of the Lord Drinking Gasoline Microphonies (for Sensoria). Unfortunately they are all out of print I think. sigh. Some of the ones you noted are decent ambient techno, but nothing like the above.
