you will lose a large amount of data. the optimum bitrate to not lose
any data in compression is 256 bitrate.
example: compress wav to 128 bit then recompress to 320 bit still is a
128 bit file because you lost the information in the first compression.
128 sucks anyways....why use it...unless of course you have dialup (which
means get off your ass and get a high rate connect!). it sounds fuzzy in
cmparison to 256.
