I bought it, and for some reason I can't remember his name either. Coolerific stuff. A lot like Dee-Lite without vocals (surprise!). Excellent use of samples and lounge style music. It really isn't all that much like "easy listening". Now that I think about it, there is one or two tracks with vocals, but it isn't Kier. The subtle humor on the design and track titles makes it more interesting than most CD's to thumb through. My favorite track is "I Want To Relax Now!" which turns out to be a sort of wild upbeat marimba something. I'm surprised to see it on this list. I picked it up at a very mainstream store and its on a big-deal label. Nevertheless, highly recommended if you like Dee-Lite. Doesn't he have another solo album out? I somehow remember running across it in a stack.
