Hmmm. I wish I had that IDM chart I posted a couple months ago. It listed all the acts from least to most IDM and leftfield was sort of on the non end of the spectrum. Who knows if leftfield is IDM? Some of their tracks are definetley more on the intellegent side than others (whats with all these 'exotic' forgein vocalists?). I can tell you that in the US, leftfield, like the Chemical Brothers, are considered to be pretty underground acts.
