aaron - line 8 of your 25 line .sig says it all ;). they're just not
the same guy. although both very worthy artists, their similarities are
passing at best IMHO. STC's ambient bleeping has a decidedly west-coast
feel to it, with beats and an emphasis on the the high end of the EQ. I
haven't heard nearly all of uwe schmidt's stuff, but what i have heard
is much farther along the ambient tip, in my book.
i've never heard an electro track released by either one of them.
BTW: one of the best jonah sharp tracks i've heard is the south of
heaven remix on trance atlantic I. when the bass comes booming in over
the twinkling keyboard opener, it's a stormer.
