much in common with records I like just seems to suck all over. All APL
seems to be so...cheesy.

And I have to strongly diagree with this statement. I don't have the APL
album, so I can't comment on that, but the two APL tracks on
Ambient Dub: vol 3 are excellent...so not *all* APL is cheesy.
