Hi,
time to answer my own question...

De:Bug #19 (Jan. '99) has a small interview with the guys behind this, so
here the important facts:
- the proper (?) Name of the Label is '.snd'
- the project is from Sheffield
- contact via tplay15@hotmail.com
- one of the guys released something on Ash, one (other ?) on OR, one will
have a release on Touch (hope I got this right)
- they call their style 'dehydrated techno' or something like that
(If you speak / read German and are interested in this release try to get
a copy of De:Bug for the full (but short) article.)
Bye
Sebastian
