Subject: Orb new album and tour
Hi, I just read an article in the University of Chicago newspaper
which was an interview with Dr. Alex Patterson of the Orb. Here are
some bits:
-they were going to do two warm up shows in Chicago and Detroit, but
cancelled those and decided to come back in November with a proper
tour with the release of the new album.
-the new album "goes away" from Pomme Fritz, which was very
experimental, and goes back to "adventurous ideas". It is called
Orbus Trinus. He worked with BJ Cole, a steel string guitar player
and Lewis. The album has about 8 tracks.
-the tour should be November in US, Japan in DEcember, October in Europe.
