Claude Young One Complete Revolution [Utensil Records] Song titles: a) 1. Mind Dance Themo 2. Demento 3. Welfare Cheese b) 1. MA-NA-ZA-WA 2. Time Distortion 3. Dream of Another Time This is strictly for Detroit headz. (I know some of you are out there!) After extensive remixing/collaborating with K. Hand for the Acacia label, I was glad to finally hear some of this guy's solo work. No bullshit Detroit techno is what you're going to find here - don't expect any complicated riffs or warm sounds. Pure and stark, visions of an acid drenched dancefloor come to mind. The uptempo "Time Distortion" on b2 would work quite well in an acidic set - but this is all strictly 3 a.m. material. Seek and destroy.. Jon
