Is there really a big desire for a house music and trance music list? If so ill see if i can set up some here on the american.edu server for the summer at least. Personally i think all this talk about what is IDM and what isn't is bullshit. I unsubed from the list back when since all i remember hearing about was b12 blackdog or whatever. I had heard that the music discussed on the list had gotten more diverse thats why i resubed a few ago. But all ive been inundated with is this petty discussion with what is and isnt. Shit i feel most trance and house is INTELLIGENT with much thought laid out to the layering of beats, rhythms, melodies, and syncopation (sp) but that just mine opinion doug ) ( dz5401a@palestrina.anderson-lab.american.edu
