Personally I would use other drum samples, because I don't like the acoustic
feel they have.
I think it's mainly the kick sample which lacks low end. It sounds like
recorded from a live drumset which makes it lack that typical 808/909 low
end boom you hear so much in electronic music.
I'd try replacing that one, and maybe beef up the snares a bit with some
distortion.
