Tip. At least the first of the two tracks bundled in the site-distributed
freebie is worth the visit. The second sounds a bit like like wank
pretending to be experimental, to be honest (thank you, Art Critic for The
Sunday Times). This first track, though, is very much in the pared back
'chamber'-house style of the first full-length (Rojo). The latest, 'Sueno',
kicks out some of the minimal starchiness, undoes a button on its blouse,
and gets the doof-doof on down with a fuller sound. Still sombre, but more
muscular about its moodiness.
Digging is de rigeur. Get it dug.
