my friends are putting this one on... -t Hi TECHNO fans! The Lotus Long Weekend is back, and so are we! Kcuf uoy techno will be filling up Lick with a wack of amazing techno! We were a late edition, so if you so any promo for the LLW that doesn't mention our room, don't worry. We will be there! DREW DAVID will start the night with a 1.5 hour set. DD has played for us a few times, and has always played the techno I love! Then we have KCUF UOY techno's own LIVE P.A. act "FRAZZLETONES" (aka Rich Hamakawa and John Barabash) doing some wicked HaRd aCid tEcHnO !! And coming off a tour and (from what I hear) a legendary morning techno set at Shambhala we are please to bring you NOAH PRED! Enough said! and it keeps getting better....A good friend of Noah's, RENNIE FOSTER will close the night out. If you are not familiar his music, besides his own label futagotraxx he also has records out with synewave [just out this week] ,rewired/pureplastic, robbaudio, teknotika, soiree, pacific technics [etc.] and records coming out with f communications, monoid, saboteur, IngomA, asian dynasty and a bunch of others. and a full length futago technologies release "subject tokyo" on subject: detroit. remixes by dj bone and jaun atkins. His dj sets range from very deep detroit style to more banging tribal material. but always very soulful and funky with alot of technical mixing and detroit style vibe.
